How it works: Your organization's coordinator will be in charge of collecting all orders, selecting flavor profiles, setting the duration of the fundraiser, specifying order quantities, and arranging for distribution and delivery.

Our standard fundraiser package includes 8x18 bags of delicious kettle corn, featuring three flavor options: original kettle corn, a single flavor option, and a double flavor option. You can even customize the popcorn to your team, school or company colors, with up to two flavors available.

Each bag is priced at a fixed rate of $12, of which $5 will be allocated to your organization. Every participant will be given a fundraising sheet to log all orders and will be responsible for collecting payment at the time of sale. We accept cash, Venmo, and checks as forms of payment.

After the fundraising period concludes, fundraiser coordinator must ensure that orders are completed and accurate. Following this, the coordinator will work in conjunction with Pippity Pop to arrange for delivery. It's essential to note that payments to Pippity Pop must be made in full before orders can be initiated.

Once we gather the final numbers and monetary funds, we can proceed with the preparation of fresh kettle corn. Once the production is complete, we will categorize the orders based on their respective flavors. The orders will then be delivered in bulk, with individual bags provided to seperate orders. Please allow a 7-10 business day window for delivery after the receipt of final numbers and funds by Pippity Pop.
